Terms of Sale
Last updated: June 2026
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern sales of products concluded on the website iuvedynamics.com between IUVE Dynamics, represented by Adam Tano Mrabeti, 50 Avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, RCS Paris 933 981 425 (the “Seller” or the “Company”), and any customer, whether a consumer or a professional (the “Customer”). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
The products offered are premium cold-therapy equipment (ice baths and chillers). The essential characteristics of each product are described on the product pages. The products are made to order (see Article 6).
Article 3 — Prices
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, with customs duties and taxes included for the destinations served (DDP shipping). Any delivery charges are specified before the order is finalised. The Company reserves the right to change its prices at any time, it being understood that products are invoiced on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order.
Article 4 — Order and confirmation
The Customer selects their products and configuration, reviews the details of their order, then confirms it after accepting the Terms. The sale is definitively concluded once the order has been confirmed by the Company and payment collected. A confirmation email summarising the order is sent to the Customer.
Article 5 — Payment
Payment is made online, securely, through the payment provider Stripe. The Company never has access to the Customer's full payment card details, which are processed directly by Stripe. The order is processed only after payment has been confirmed.
Article 6 — Made-to-order manufacturing
Article 7 — Delivery
The terms, areas served, preparation and transit times, the DDP handling of customs duties, and the liability regime in the event of transit delays are described in detail in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The times stated therein are non-contractual estimates. The consumer rights provided for in Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code (in particular termination after formal notice, and refund) remain fully applicable.
Article 8 — Transfer of ownership and risk
The Company retains ownership of the products until full payment of the price. In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the transfer of risk to the consumer occurs when the consumer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the product. For professional Customers, the transfer of risk occurs upon handover of the products to the carrier.
Article 9 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the conditions described in the Refund Policy.
Article 10 — Warranties
Independently of any commercial warranty, consumer Customers benefit from the following statutory guarantees:
- the legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), with a duration of two years from delivery of the goods;
- the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code), allowing action within two years from the discovery of the defect.
In addition to these statutory guarantees, the Company grants a one (1) year commercial warranty on its products, from delivery. This commercial warranty is an additional benefit that adds to the statutory guarantees without replacing or limiting them in any way: the two-year legal guarantee of conformity (Article L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) remain fully applicable and may neither be reduced nor excluded.
This one-year commercial warranty applies identically to all customers located in the European Union, regardless of the destination country (France, Spain or any other Member State); no country-specific variation applies. The conditions for invoking this commercial warranty are available on request at support@iuvedynamics.com.
Article 11 — Liability
The Company cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or for damage resulting from a fault of the Customer. These provisions do not limit the mandatory rights granted to consumers by law.
Article 12 — Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 13 — Dispute resolution and mediation
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, consumer Customers may, in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator with a view to an amicable resolution, after first having sent a written complaint to the Company.
Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory rules of jurisdiction applicable to consumers.
