Shipping Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Important — made-to-order products. IUVE products are not stocked items: they are prepared and manufactured specifically after your order is placed. A preparation period of up to 14 days (2 weeks) applies before dispatch, to which the transit time indicated below is then added. For any question about the production schedule of your specific order, contact our customer service at support@iuvedynamics.com.

1. Made-to-order model

The Company operates on a made-to-order model. Production of each item begins once the order is confirmed and payment has been collected. This model guarantees the quality and the configuration chosen by the customer, but entails longer lead times than sales from stock. These lead times are clearly communicated before the order is finalised, so that the customer is fully aware of them.

2. Preparation (production) times

Preparation time: up to 14 days from confirmation of the order, before handover to the carrier. This period may vary depending on the product and the volume of orders in progress. Customers are invited to contact support@iuvedynamics.com for an update on the production of their order.

3. Transit times (after dispatch)

The times below run from handover to the carrier and are in addition to the preparation time. They are indicative estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

  • Ice baths: 2 to 3 weeks in transit from dispatch.
  • Chillers: 25 to 45 days in transit from dispatch, depending on the destination country. This equipment is shipped by international rail freight, whose lead times are longer and more variable than those of standard parcel carriers.

4. Areas served

The Company ships its products throughout Europe. For any particular destination, customers may check delivery availability with support@iuvedynamics.com before ordering.

5. Customs duties and taxes (DDP)

Orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis: any applicable customs duties and taxes are pre-paid by the Company and included in the displayed price. No additional customs charge or tax will be claimed from the customer upon delivery.

6. Tracking and dispatch notification

As soon as the order is dispatched, a confirmation email is sent to the customer containing, where applicable, a tracking number and the carrier's link. For rail freight, tracking may be less granular than with parcel carriers; the Company endeavours to share any available information.

7. Transit delays and liability

The transit times indicated are non-contractual estimates. For made-to-order products shipped by freight, these estimates depend on factors outside the Company's control, in particular customs clearance times, rail freight schedules and contingencies, and events of force majeure. The Company undertakes to dispatch the order and to instruct a carrier in good faith within the stated preparation time, and to communicate proactively any delay of which it becomes aware.

In accordance with Articles L216-2 and L216-3 of the French Consumer Code, if delivery does not take place within the agreed time or, failing that, within a reasonable time, the consumer may terminate the contract after having unsuccessfully directed the Company to deliver within a reasonable additional period by registered letter or other durable medium (a formal notice to perform). In the event of termination, the Company will refund all sums paid no later than 14 days from the date of termination. These statutory consumer rights are in no way set aside by this policy.
